Website https://crookedarms.mysellauth.com (hereinafter - Crooked Arms or Website) is an Internet resource that provides Auxiliary applications for various computer games, a personal User Profile, a platform for User communication and other sections. An Auxiliary application (hereinafter referred to as an Auxiliary Application or Product) is software designed to work on a computer, which provides the User with the opportunity to excel over other players of a computer game for which this application was developed, through various auxiliary functions that affect the gameplay. The use of the Website or Auxiliary Application is possible only under the conditions set forth in these User and License Agreements. If you do not agree to its terms, then you should immediately stop using the Site and the Auxiliary Application. Using the Site or the Auxiliary Application means that you agree to the terms of these License and User Agreements.

Terms and definitions

Website — an Internet resource located on the Internet at https://crookedarms.mysellauth.com . The Site, depending on the context, also means the Site's software, design (graphic design) The Site, the database of the Site, any of its sections and subsections, as well as information posted on the Site by the Site Administration.

Site Administration is a person who owns all the relevant exclusive property rights to the Site or Auxiliary Applications, including the rights to the domain name of the Site, and administers it.

A user is a person who has purchased a Crooked Arms Product and has passed the registration procedure, received an individual login and password, and also has his own Profile. For the purposes of the User Agreement, the User is also understood as a person who has not purchased the Product, but accesses the Site or Auxiliary Application and/or uses and/or has used it. Any person accessing the Site or Auxiliary Application automatically confirms that he fully agrees with the provisions of the User and License Agreements, and that the requirements established by these agreements apply to him.

User Profile or Profile is a special subsection of the Site where personal information about the User is located, as well as other information that only this User can post.

Information — any information, messages, data, regardless of the form of their presentation, posted by the User on the Site, including: personal data of Users, links to other sites, any text messages, photos (images), audio and/or video works, computer programs, and other files.

A database is an objective form of providing and organizing aggregate data, systematized in such a way that this data can be found and processed using software, hardware and technical means of a Website or Auxiliary Application.

Spam — mass, unauthorized and/or unexpected mailings and other mailings of an advertising, informational, propaganda or other nature by recipients.

Any terms and concepts used in the Agreement and not reflected in the "Terms and Definitions" section will be interpreted in accordance with the meaning arising from the text of the User or License Agreements. In case of any disagreement regarding the interpretation of the term and/or the concept used in the User or License Agreements, the interpretation that will be determined by the Administration will apply.

Subject matter and general provisions of the User and License Agreements

These User and License Agreements (hereinafter and earlier — the Agreement or Agreements) establish the terms and conditions of use of the Site or Auxiliary Application. Access to the Site or Auxiliary Application, use of the Site or Auxiliary Application and/or performing any other actions on the Site or in the Auxiliary Application by the User means that the User accepts and undertakes to comply with all the terms of this Agreement. User registration on the Site is possible only if the User confirms acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by the Administration at any time without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

User's personal data

The information about the User located in his Profile contains (may contain) his personal data. When processing Users' personal data, the Site Administration undertakes to take all organizational and technical measures to protect them from unauthorized access in a way not provided for by the Site or the Auxiliary Application. However, it is possible that as a result of a malfunction of the Site or Auxiliary Application, a virus or hacker attack, technical malfunctions and other circumstances, Users' personal data may become available to other persons. The User understands this and agrees that he will not make claims against the Administration in this regard, given that he makes his personal data publicly available. By virtue of this Agreement, by specifying their personal data on the Site, the User unconditionally agrees:

with the processing of personal data by the Administration; with other actions of the Administration in relation to such data in connection with the functioning of the Website or Auxiliary Application. By posting their personal data on the Site, the User confirms that he does it voluntarily, and also that he voluntarily provides this Information to the Administration for processing. The Administration processes only those personal data of the User that were posted by him on the Website or processed by an Auxiliary Application. The purpose of processing personal data of Users is to compile a Database of users. The User's personal data is processed using software, hardware and technical means. The User's personal data is processed by the Administration during the period of their posting on the Website or in the Auxiliary Application. If the personal data posted on the Website or User Profile is deleted, the Administration stops processing them. However, the Administration has the right to keep an archived copy of the above User data for an indefinite period. The Administration processes the User's personal data for the purposes of the Website functioning/Auxiliary applications and their processing by itself cannot entail any negative consequences for the User. At the same time, the Administration is not responsible for the use of Users' personal data by other persons. The User undertakes not to post personal data of other persons on the Site, as well as not to use the personal data of other Users in any way that does not comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, for illegal or illegal purposes, for profit and for any other purposes that do not correspond to the purposes of creating the Site or Auxiliary Application.

License agreement for the use of the Crooked Arms Product

The User undertakes not to distribute the Crooked Arms Product on the Internet or in any other place where digital information may be stored.

As a condition of use, the User undertakes not to use the Crooked Arms Product for any purposes that are illegal or violate the Agreement.

The User does not have the right to reverse, analyze, modify, etc. the Crooked Arms Product, as well as transfer his authorization data (login and password) and resell the Crooked Arms Product to third parties.

To prevent the Product from being distributed on the Internet, Crooked Arms uses linking the Product to a computer, which makes it impossible to launch the Product on other or multiple computers. The product will only work on the computer on which it was launched for the first time. ( Inside this item: replacing any internal computer devices is similar to launching the Product on another computer )

Any violation of the rules is punishable by endless subscription blocking or any other way of punishment without violating the terms of the Agreement and the User's rights.

Crooked Arms Administration has the right to store and process confidential user information: computer name, ip address and any other possible information about the User that is not personal data of the User (by the type of passwords and files on the User's computer), but may be Personal Data of such (determined by the terms of this Agreement).

The User assumes all possible consequences of using Auxiliary Applications. The Administration does not bear any responsibility for the possible consequences of using Auxiliary Applications.

The User agrees to send anonymous statistics in order to improve the quality of the Crooked Arms Product.

You purchase and use the software at your own risk.
The Undetected status does not guarantee 100% protection from blocking (with any software in any game, a ban is possible).
If there is an update in the game, wait for the software update.
By purchasing this software, you agree with the rule that in case of detection or complete closure of the project, you will not receive a refund!, as well as an exchange for another product!
By purchasing this software, you agree to the rule that if you block your gaming account, you will not receive a refund!
By purchasing this software, you agree to the rule that the key exchange for another program (game) is impossible under any circumstances!

All rights to modify and distribute the Product belong to Crooked Arms.
